Our beginning point would be to meet, visit the property or existing house, and discuss your ideas for the project. I will show you examples of design schematics and construction documents from similar projects so you can see the process we will go through.

I enjoy working on a wide variety of projects; new construction, renovations, and additions. I approach each project, regardless of size, with the same amount of professional attention.

I charge an hourly fee for all my work, which allows each project to be tailored to suit the client’s needs. A current list of fees will be emailed to you once we have discussed your project. Construction documents will always include complete architectural and structural information.  There are additional services such as selection of exterior materials and colors, lighting plans, cabinetry details, etc. that we can discuss.

This depends on the size and complexity of the project and how quickly decisions are made. When we meet, I will give you an approximate timeline based on my current workload and the details of your project.

Working with a structural Engineer during the schematic design and construction document phase, allows me to design in tandem with the structural requirements. The high wind speed zones and varying site conditions in this area make engineering necessary to ensure a well-designed structure that will meet all requirements.
